Small businesses are wonderful places, products of the talents and enthusiasm of their owners. They know their stuff and they are proud of what they do. However, even self sufficient entrepreneurs occasionally need outside help. We work with small businesses as facilitators, business coaches, people advisers, trainers and as a Board of Advice.

We at Etiam have great respect for the risks that small business owners have taken to build their businesses. We appreciate the special talents that are deployed and we share the frustration that arises when owners are unable to use those special talents as much as they would like. If the only strategic conversation you have is in the shower then you may benefit from talking to us (outside the shower, of course).

Whilst Etiam’s work experience lies primarily in large financial services companies, we have found that Australians face similar personal challenges no matter what industry that they work in:
