About Martin Mulcare

Martin Mulcare enjoys working with different types of people and he loves sharing ideas. He acts as a business adviser to business owners who appreciate the need for external accountability. He enjoys facilitating seminars and learning days. He has worked with many talented individuals as coach or mentor. He presents training programs for financial advisers, coaching relationship skills. He has a keen interest in business values and ethics. Martin is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Ethics Centre and is the Chairman of the Board of The Growth Project.

Martin’s History

Prior to his current portfolio of activities, Martin had more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. He developed his financial and analytical acumen as an Actuary and then experienced executive financial and general management roles with two leading financial institutions.

There are a number of values that Martin holds dear:

1. He respects each individual he interacts with and appreciates their unique qualities.
2. He recognises the importance of teamwork and understands that it does not diminish the need for personal accountability.
3. He encourages quality – in all endeavours.
